TAX AND FISCAL LAW

Our legal firm deals with issues concerning tax law, mainly carrying out consultancy and assistance in cases regarding the Financial Administration (refund requests, consults for legal advice). We support our clients both in the actual litigation (judgment before the Tax Committee and the Supreme Court of Cassation) and at the preceding stages (verification of tax compliance and tax settlement proposals).
In addition to these activities, there are those concerning the protection of the taxpayer against the acts of collection (payment records, payment orders, etc.) issued by Equitalia and other collection agencies.
